Head Side to Side
Standing in place, the employee shall slowly turn their head from side to side between the extreme positions on each side breathing through their mouth.
The head shall be held at each extreme momentarily so the employee can inhale at each side.
Replenish the solution every 30 seconds using one half the original number of squeezes.
